Tunnels and trolls The Labyrinth
Today The Adventurers finally entered the Labyrinth
Sebastian The Assassin that doesn't care decided that the task was to hard for him and made a hasty retreat
Because their must be four Challengers in the labyrinth he was replaced by Robert The Undead warrior
Called Rob the zombie in short.
The adventures quickly descended a spiral staircase (I was promptly reminded by The Dwarven Hunter that It was actually a Helical staircase)Into large hall with a magnificent banquet set out on the table.
The Attendants of this banquet 22 Human like Skeletons Wearing robes and Holding Swords and Staffs
At the two ends of each table Their are Two Skeletons wearing crowns.
On the tables Goblets of wine Huge piles of Gold coins and Delicious Bowls of food As the Group enter the room a Rather large door Behind the table Begins to glow faintly.
Upon searching the room The Adventurers found That the glowing door was the only Exit from the room
When The group inspected the door The group found that their was no door handle and no lock, but four Large Draws Built into the door.
Each of the Draws had one of the four Element symbols painted on it in Relevant colours E.g Earth=Green
The group were not told what the symbols were, they were just shown a diagram similar to the one Linked below (of course without the Name of each symbol) https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi1OwTCQMnvOBNZyqYMao_jBiIEeTcDePjeAUMjngAYGyG8WE_oSrfWveRHJWe3_GwAEw7jpcdT3baNBddUJ1vju9Qegr9LdfffAHZZsemKIfo20k75wGKykQi93upO5nUhMOILmAeyHgc7/s1600/PERFECTFireWaterAirEarthColoredTriadsinaRow.jpeg
The Group of Delvers completely baffled by this Tried many things The first,Suggested by the dwarf was to push the symbol painted on each draw in a certain order.
The second after much working out was that the Symbols Corresponded to each of the four elements(yay to them) So people started lighting torches and putting them in the fire draw and Putting dirt in the earth draw and Filling the Water draw full of wine....
After several hundred attempts at filling draws full of wine and trying to kick the door down (No spellcasters in the group so no magic opening spell here) I eventually dropped a hint that an item might correspond to an element.
Being completely baffled by this the group then preceded to fill the draws full of element relevant stuff E.g Fire= Box of matches....Until The Vengeful swordsman Azro (Using the cunning name of marco To disguise himself as an ordinary Adventurer Rather than the wanted Son of a famous trader) Came up with the idea that the items in the room were meant to be put into the draws.
The group quickly worked out that a cup was Water but other than that they filled the draws with seemingly random objects Scarcely linked to the element.
Soon The other members of the group Gave up trying Different combinations But eventually Marco the disguised man Prevailed and worked out the Solution
Fire=Staff
Water=Cups
Earth=Gold coins
Wind=Sword
Those who are familiar with the tarot will understand how this works
After much time being wasted the door swung open and the Group stepped into the labyrinth.

This blog was created about a year ago
I never really got round to doing much with it because I had no idea what I wanted from it.
Now I know...
A few months ago I started running Rpg tabletop games every Thursday with some friends of mine
Looks like all the chaos of these evenings will be recorded here
Currently two games are being run
Tunnels and trolls:
Set on the Continent of Scrolldar Three adventurers woke up in a prison cell with no memory of where they were the busted out murdered some mutilated monks and found the selves in a nearby town.
After several adventures these three characters were killed off and replaced and their replacements were killed off as well after several dungeons,deaths and lots of Saving rolls we find ourselves with three Delvers about to enter a Labyrinth to claim all powerful weaponry from whatever horrifying monsters happen to live there.
The Cast
Sebastian Michaelis played by Leigh as the Assasin who couldn't care less
Diedrov Phantomhive played by Chris as the Short Hunter
Azro Marokis'del played by Josh as the Vengeful Swordsman
The other game is a Apocalyptic Zombie survival using the savage world system that really does not deserved to be mentioned at this point.
